ABSTRACT:
This is a 6-page paper that discusses the issue of conflict of interest with regard to Boeing Corporation and their former employee Darleen Druyun. The corporation is now under investigation and Druyun is in jail because of the favoritism she showed to Boeing when she was an Air Force procurement officer. She favored Boeing because she hoped to be employed there after she left government service; thus her actions are an example of the kind of problems conflicts of interest can create.
